He is 39 today!

Today is Keith's birthday, but I won't be able to talk to him because he has been gone to play army in the Hindu Kush mountains. I know he is secretly hoping to engage the enemy today as his birthday present...I am hoping not! Next year, hopefully it will be more fun. Maybe the Cowboys will win and that would be a good present too (if they are playing this weekend?)

Normal Day number 2-- I guess this is normal for a saturday. I just do a bunch of things I didn't get done over the week, though if Keith were here I don't know if this would be considered normal. I worked on a ton of vinyl stuff, drove Bridger to a pool party, painted, worked on the computer, cleaned out the hermit crab cage, dishes.







I love lottery scrach offs-- got a few of those and didn't come out ahead, of course

And a friend made this paperchain for me. It represents every payday that Keith will be gone. It was only made for 12 months (as opposed to 15) because we are really hoping that is what it will be. There are 19 more to go!
